The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program offers instruction for advanced students with Green Belt, PMP, or similar experience as well as individuals with no prior experience to pursue a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This format allows individuals to attend training with Green and Black Belt students. This improves the synergy within the organization, but also encourages more flexibility.
